For those customers who prefer sending work orders online, now you can login with your user info, complete the work order on our site and submit your order. As soon as you submit your order, an order number is generated and your order is saved in our database. You can view/review your order from your welcome page when you are logged in. Each time you edit/change information on your order, we are notified via e-mail and will take the necessary measures to bring your order up to date.

When you first submit your order, the status shows "Order Received". Other stages include "Order In Progress" or "Order Completed". You can edit/modify your order while it is still in progress. When we complete your order, the status will be changed to "Order Completed" and from this time on, editing is not allowed any longer.

We may attach a price to your completed order, at which time you know how much you owe and also you can make a payment by credit card, if you wish. We use PayPal's secured credit card processing, which allows you to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. You don't have to have an account with PayPal to pay by credit card, but if you have a PayPal account, the checkout process is faster. Of course, you can still pay for your order(s) by check or money order, as before.

The listing of your orders in your welcome page applies at this time only to orders you submitted online. For orders sent by other means, you still need to check in with our office for their status. We may choose to post all orders online in the future. If so, you will be notified.

We hope that ordering online as an additional option will prove to be helpful for those who are used to do business online. Remember, all you need is an internet connection. Please, let us know your opinion or request of how to improve our services.
